TERMS & CONDITIONS - Diaper Tester Program:
The diapers and covers in the Tester Diaper Program have been used by other babies during this program.
The diapers and covers will be given to you clean and sanitized on the start date of your tester weeks.
The diapers will be provided to you with the intent of providing you with the opportunity to trial several styles and brands of reusable diapers.
All kits are rented for a period of two (2) weeks for a fee of $40.00 payable at the beginning of your tester weeks.
You must have a smoke free home to participate in this program. If anyone smokes in your home, including outdoor smokers, you are not eligible for this program.
You will be provided with specific use and care (storage and washing) instructions for the diapers and covers as well as laundry detergent. It is imperative that you follow these instructions and use the detergent provided to wash the diapers.
Failure to follow the directions may compromise the diaper fabric and/or integrity of the diaper. If a diaper is lost or damaged (bleached, broken fasteners, rips in the fabrics or stains on the fabric that are non-biological), you will be responsible for replacing the item at the retail cost plus applicable taxes.
When your tester weeks are complete, the diapers must be returned to New & Green Baby Co. clean and dry as per washing instructions. Please ensure that no hair (human or pet) or lint is caught up in any of the Velcro fasteners. The diapers will be inspected for damages.
Upon pick up of the Diaper Tester Kit, you will be asked to leave a cheque for $250.00 for a deposit or a credit card number. Your cheque or credit card info will be returned to you when the diaper kit is returned to New & Green Baby Co. in good standing.
**The tester kits must be returned as per indicated by New & Green Baby Co. on pickup. You will receive a note with your kit that states specific directions about returning your kit (location, time, date). You will also receive an email reminder. Failure to bring back the kit on time will result in a $30.00 late fee. |
