Shipping

We ship all of our orders via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. A tracking number and $100 of insurance are included.
 

Please note that shipping rates are based on order totals after any coupons or discounts are applied.

*Some exceptions to flat rate or free shipping promotions may occur. Oversized or bulkier items may be subject to an additional overweight handling surcharge to cover the extra shipping fees. Any such additions will be noted on the product page and added to your order total prior to check-out.

Shipping to remote locations within Canada may also incur additional shipping charges beyond the rates detailed above. We will inform you of any extra charges prior to shipping, either on the invoice or via e-mail contact so that you may approve any shipping surcharges.

Local Pick-Up

SOUTH VANCOUVER
We've teamed up with our good friends at Raspberry Kids in order to offer flexible pick-up times during the week between 10am-4pm. Located in South Vancouver, the Raspberry Kids warehouse is conveniently located on street level with free parking. There is a 'Local Pick-Up' option at check-out if you prefer to pop in and pick up your order yourself. We will contact you via email once your order is ready. Interest in the return of local pick-up will determine how quickly items are available, but it shouldn't be more than a few days after you place your order. If you need something more quickly, we typically ship the same business day (orders placed before 3:30pm) so you can get overnight delivery straight to your home with our $5.99 flat rate or free shipping over $99 service.

Q:When will my order be shipped?

A: We ship all orders received by 3PM PST the same day during the week (Monday - Friday). Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will ship the following Monday and orders placed on a holiday will ship on the next business day.

A: Yes, once your order has shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your Canada Post tracking number.


Q: Can I purchase a gift for someone and have it sent directly to them?

A: Yes, our system allows you to specify different billing and shipping addresses if desired.

A note on packaging…

At New & Green we like to re-use when we can! As a result, we may re-use boxes that we have on hand to ship your order. Please also note that we do not include a printed copy of your invoice with your shipment. However, if you require a printed copy, just let us know and we will include one with your order.
