Shipping and Delivery

We ship all of our orders via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. A tracking number and $100 of insurance are included.

Please note that shipping rates are based on order totals after any coupons or discounts are applied.

*Some exceptions to flat rate or free shipping promotions may occur. Oversized or bulkier items may be subject to an additional overweight handling surcharge to cover the extra shipping fees. Any such additions will be noted on the product page and added to your order total prior to check-out.

Shipping to remote locations within Canada may also incur additional shipping charges beyond the rates detailed above. We will inform you of any extra charges prior to shipping, either on the invoice or via e-mail contact so that you may approve any shipping surcharges.

Local Pick-Up

If you live in Saskatoon and select local pick-up on the check-out screen, we will have your items available for pick up instead of shipping. Following your order placement, we will contact you with further pick up instructions.

Shipping FAQs.

Q: When will my order be shipped?

A: We ship all orders received by 2:30PM CST the same day during the week (Monday - Friday). Orders placed after 2:30pm on Friday will ship the following Monday and orders placed on a holiday will ship on the next business day.

Q: When will I receive my order?

A: Canada Post aims to achieve the following delivery service standards:

To Canada:

Saskatchewan 1-3 days
Rest of Canada 2-7 days

*Please note that these timescales increase as the areas delivered to become more remote. Delivery time increases may range from 1 to 3 days.

Q: Can I track my order?

A: Yes, once your order has shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your Canada Post tracking number.

Q: Can I purchase a gift for someone and have it sent directly to them?

A: Yes, our system allows you to specify different billing and shipping addresses if desired.

A note on packaging…

At New & Green we like to re-use when we can! As a result, we may re-use boxes that we have on hand to ship your order. Please also note that we do not include a printed copy of your invoice with your shipment. However, if you require a printed copy, just let us know and we will include one with your order.
