How does New & Green's Newborn Rental Program work?
Calculate your due date and then have a look at our rental dates. We offer our rentals twice a month so that you can pick a date that is close to the time your baby is arriving. If your baby arrives later, then just count yourself as extra prepared. Pre-book your rental time early! This program books well in advance of the rental dates.
You will keep your rental kit for 8 weeks and then return it to New & Green.
What is the cancellation policy for this program?
Cancellation of your rental can be made up to two weeks prior to the start date for a full refund. Rental fees for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to your start date will be issued as a store credit.

How do I receive my Newborn Rental Kit?
After you've selected the start date of your rental, we'll be in touch to confirm your order. Rentals are picked up & dropped off in North Vancouver at set times. Pick it up, take it home and you are set to go.
