New & Green Baby Co has worked with thousands of families to help them successfully follow through on their intentions to cloth diaper their child. From email and phone support to one-to-one guidance at our Cloth Diaper 101 Workshops, we know what you need to make your decision to cloth diaper work. For the last 4 years, we’ve offered a Diaper Tester Program out of Vancouver. We have learned a lot from the families that have participated in the program and are now making a great improvement to our Diaper Tester Program! We had a close look at the diapers that families purchased to use after they participated in our sell out program and found that there were a few diapering systems that simply rose to the top as favourites.

And now we are making these top selling diapers available for you to try in our well thought out kits.

How does the program work? You choose the size that works for you, either small (8-15lbs) or large (15-30lbs) and the date from the options in the drop down menus below. If you are booking based on your due date, we recommend that you book approximately one month after your due date. We request that babies have had a chance to have their umbilical stump heal and that they have reached at least 8lbs prior to using the small kit. Once your payment is made for your tester weeks, you are set. The kits are picked up and returned to a New & Green Staff at Bean Around the World on Lonsdale Ave in North Vancouver during set appointment times.  On registration you will recieve an email from us and we will book you in for your pick up and drop off appointments between 12noon-12:30pm on the dates listed.  Currently our kits are only available for pickup, not shipping.Kits must be returned to the same location, same time 3 weeks later.  You will be given instructions about returning the kit.  Should the kit be returned late, there will be a $30 late fee applied.

What is the cost?  The kit rental fee is $49 for 3 full weeks.  The accessories package must be added on to each rental and these items are yours to keep.  The accessories package is provided with this program at a significant discount. If you were to purchase the accessories sepearately, the cost would be over $49.  With this program, your accessories kit is $29.95.  And to help you get started, we'll include a $10 off coupon (applicable to orders of $99 or more before shipping and taxes) with your kit.

Cancellation Policy:

We are happy to offer you a full refund of your Rental Fees if your cancellation is 45 days or less from the date you booked your kit (date of order on your invoice).  Cancellations greater than 45 days following your booking (date of order) but before 2 weeks prior to your rental start date are eligible for a full store credit.  Cancellations made less than two weeks before the start date may be eligible for a store credit at the discretion of New & Green Baby.  Rental Fees are non-refundable once your rental period has begun.
