Introducing the AMP Duo Pocket Diaper.  How does this diaper work?

The AMP Duo is a pocket style diaper with a waterproof PUL outer layer and a super soft, residue resistant fleece inner layer.  There is a pocket opening at the front of the diaper where you can stuff the absorbent insert.  This diaper is also designed to have an insert lay neatly on top of the microfleece, next to your baby's skin.

How to select an insert:

One Size Organic Bamboo Insert - This is a flat two layer insert made of Rayon from Bamboo + Organic Cotton that can be folded to fit inside of both the Small and One Size diapers.  This means you only need one set of inserts for either option.  They are trim, flexible, soft and absorbent and can easily be doubled up for nights or heavier toddler wetters.  This insert allows you to use the Duo as a pocket diaper or as an all-in-two diaper by laying the bamboo insert on top of the fleece, next to your baby's skin.   If you are looking for a one step diaper with the option to stuff it as a pocket diaper or have an organic fiber interior as an all-in-two diaper this insert may work very well for you.

Organic Hemp Insert Regular or Premium (recommended for heavier wetters and/or HE machine families) - These are contoured pads that can simply be laid inside of the Duo or stuffed inside.  This is an easy, intuitive option.  We recommend the small size for small Duos and if you are looking at the One Size Duos, consider mediums.  When using the mediums on the small setting of the One Size Duo, the extra length can simply be folded over to add absorbency to either the front or back of the diaper. These inserts are made of Organic Hemp + Organic Cotton, are very durable insert and will last and last and last. Hemp is an inherently strong and long-lasting fiber.   If you are looking for a one step diaper with the option to stuff it as a pocket diaper or have an organic fiber interior as an all-in-two diaper this insert may work very well for you. For even more natural fiber absorbency potential, consider a Small Organic Hemp Prefold for the Small Duo or a Medium Organic Hemp Prefold for the Medium and Large Setting on the One Size Duo.

Microfiber Inserts - Microfiber soft and absorbent, easy to wash and fast to dry.  The insert is already formed into a pad so no extra folding necessary.  It is made of synthetic materials and can only be used inside the pocket; it is not intended for use right next to baby's skin.  You'll need to purchase small inserts for the small diapers and medium/large inserts for the medium and large settings on the One Size Duo. These are recommended if you'd like to exclusively use your Duo as a pocket diaper and if you'd like a less expensive option.
