What Do I Really Need to Get Started??Well you need diapers and covers. a little bit of extra absorbency, wipes and a place to store the dirties. Everything else is nice and certainly makes your life easier but is not essential. Remember, you don't have to have all of one kind of diaper. When your little one is little (it doesn't last for long) it's a good opportunity to try different diapers to see what works for you and your family. For a newborn up to 4 months 12 diapers per day, so 24 if you want to wash every second day and more if you want to go longer. I would suggest washing every 3 days at the longest stretch From 4 - 8 month old baby 8-10 diapers per day, so 16-20 if you want to was every second day. From one year to potty learning, 6-8 diapers per day, so 12-16 if you want to wash every second day. If you are using fitted, prefolds or contours, you need 1 cover for every 4-6 diapers If you are using pockets or all in ones, you don't need a separate cover, the covers are integrated with these diapers 1-2 wipes per diaper 1-2 tote bags 1-2 diaper pail liners 1 diaper pail or equivalent garbage can with lid 4-6 diaper doublers to increase absorbency 4-6 fleece liners for a stay dry layer or to use with bum cream And that's it! There are more options, and feel free to email us to find out more. But for now, let's keep things easy and simple.
