Lower Mainland Childbearing - East Van based prenatal, postnatal and breastfeeding support.  We did our prenatal classes here and were really happy with them.  This society has been in operation since 1973! 

Mama Renew – A group for experienced moms to get together and explore what it means to mother and what it means to take care of yourself as a mother.

Belly to Baby - A Coquitlam based prenatal class that prepares you and your birth partner for labor and delivery, but also guides you through the questions and answers that arise after your baby's arrival. Also offering classes about "life after baby" including incorporating Dunstan Baby Language. Sarah is a registered perinatal RN at BC Women's Hospital and has two children of her own.
